Alston & Bird once again has been honored as one of Atlanta’s best employers by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
In this year’s “Top Workplaces in Atlanta,” the firm ranks No. 3 among the survey’s 20 large companies (500 or more employees). This is the ninth consecutive year that the firm has been recognized in the rankings and the ninth consecutive year it has placed among the survey’s top-five companies.
The companies comprising the rankings were surveyed by the AJC in partnership with Energage, a human resources consulting company, which reached out to 256 companies and canvassed more than 55,000 employees on questions covering seven areas, including workplace culture, employee engagement, company leadership, and pay and benefits.
The ranking is the latest in a series of awards recognizing Alston & Bird as a champion of corporate culture and workplace excellence. Other recent accolades earned by the firm include Fortune’s 2019 “100 Best Companies to Work For®” and Forbes’ 2018 “America’s Best Employers.”
