Alston & Bird has been honored again as one of Atlanta’s top five employers by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The firm ranks No. 2 among the survey’s 28 large companies with 500 or more employees in Atlanta. This is the thirteenth year that the firm has been recognized in the rankings and the eleventh year it has placed among the survey’s top five companies.
Alston & Bird also received the “Appreciation” award, which recognizes workplaces where employees feel appreciated in the work that they do.
The ranked companies were surveyed by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution in partnership with Energage, which reached out to 314 companies and canvassed more than 124,070 employees, asking for insight on workplace culture, employee engagement, company leadership, compensation, and benefits.
The ranking is the latest in a series of awards recognizing Alston & Bird as a champion of corporate culture and workplace excellence. Other recent accolades earned by the firm include Fortune’s 2024 “100 Best Companies to Work For®” and The Washington Post’s 2024 “Top Workplaces.”
