Alston & Bird has been honored again as one of Atlanta’s top 10 best employers by The Atlanta-Journal Constitution.
In this year’s “Top Workplaces in Atlanta,” the firm ranks No. 6 among the survey’s 22 large companies with 500 or more employees. This is the eleventh time the firm has been ranked in the top 10 Atlanta workplaces.
The companies in the rankings were surveyed by The Atlanta-Journal Constitution in partnership with Energage, a human resources consulting company, which reached out to 305 companies and canvassed more than 72,000 employees, asking questions covering workplace culture, employee engagement, company leadership, compensation, and benefits.
The ranking is the latest in a series of awards recognizing Alston & Bird as a champion of corporate culture and workplace excellence. Other recent accolades earned by the firm include Fortune’s 2021 “100 Best Companies to Work For®” and People’s 2021 “100 Companies That Care.”
