Alston & Bird once again has been honored as one of Atlanta’s best employers by The Atlanta-Journal Constitution.
In this year’s “Top Workplaces in Atlanta,” the firm ranks No. 2 among the survey’s 25 large companies (500 or more employees). This is the seventh consecutive year that the firm has been recognized in the rankings and the seventh consecutive year it has placed among the survey’s top-five companies.
Described by the AJC as the “best metro Atlanta has to offer,” the companies comprising the rankings were surveyed in partnership with Workplace Dynamics, which reached out to 245 companies and canvassed more than 50,000 employees on questions ranging from workplace culture and leadership quality, to employee engagement and teamwork.
The ranking is the latest in a series of awards recognizing Alston & Bird’s caring and inclusive workplace. Other recent accolades earned by the firm include Fortune’s 2017 “100 Best Companies to Work For®” and People magazine’s “50 Companies That Care.”
