For the second year in a row, Alston & Bird has been selected by Forbes magazine as one of the country’s top employers, one of only four law firms recognized by the publication in its annual listing of the best places to work.
In Forbes’ 2018 survey of “America’s Best Employers,” Alston & Bird ranks No. 101 among 500 midsized companies (1,000 to 5,000 employees) across more than 25 industries.
Conducted in partnership with research firm Statista, the survey asked 30,000 American employees from companies with at least 1,000 workers to rate, on a scale of zero to 10, how likely they would be to recommend their employer to others.
The ranking is the latest in a series of awards honoring Alston & Bird’s special workplace culture. Other recent firm accolades include being named among Fortune’s 2018 “100 Best Companies to Work For®” and earning a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2018 “Corporate Equality Index.”
