Alston & Bird has been recognized as Atlanta’s top workplace by The Atlanta-Journal Constitution.
In the publication’s 2018 “Top Workplaces in Atlanta,” Alston & Bird ranks No. 1 among the city’s largest companies (500 or more employees). It is the first time the firm has claimed the top spot and the eighth consecutive year it has placed among the top-five companies since the survey began in 2011.
Described by the AJC as “the best metro Atlanta has to offer,” the companies comprising the rankings were analyzed in partnership with Energage, which invited more than 2,300 companies to participate in the survey. Two hundred and fifty-six companies responded representing more than 55,000 employees who were polled on questions ranging from workplace culture and leadership quality, to employee engagement and teamwork.
The ranking is the latest accolade highlighting Alston & Bird’s inclusive and diverse workplace. Other recent accolades earned by the firm include being named to Fortune’s 2018 “100 Best Companies to Work For®" for the 19th consecutive year and receiving a top rating of 100 percent in the Human Rights Campaign’s 2018 “Corporate Equality Index.”
