For the ninth consecutive year, Alston & Bird has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the best companies to work for in Los Angeles.
In the publication’s 2021 survey of the “Best Places to Work in Los Angeles,” the firm ranks No. 5 among the survey’s 32 largest companies (more than 250 employees) identified as Los Angeles’ elite employers that are “setting trends and redefining the employee experience.” Alston & Bird is the only BigLaw firm recognized in the survey.

Now in its 15th year, the “Best Places to Work in Los Angeles” survey ranks companies on their leadership, culture, communications, and other factors that are key to a high-performing workplace. It is conducted in partnership with workforce research firm Best Companies Group.
