For the seventh consecutive year, Alston & Bird has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the top employers in Los Angeles.
In the publication’s 2019 “Best Places to Work in Los Angeles” survey, the firm is noted among the largest companies (more than 250 employees) identified as Los Angeles’ elite employers.
As profiled by the Los Angeles Business Journal: “Alston & Bird has grown to become a leading law firm while remaining steeped in a culture with client service and teamwork as its cornerstones. The firm develops, assembles, and nurtures the strongest and broadest array of legal talent and expertise necessary to meet clients’ needs in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.”
“Being a best place to work is really about celebrating our people,” said Thomas Wingard, partner-in-charge of Alston & Bird’s Los Angeles office. “Every day they live our values of inclusion, trust, and teamwork and create an awesome work experience for their clients, each other, and the community.”
Now in its 13th year, the best places to work survey is conducted by the Los Angeles Business Journal in partnership with Best Companies Group. The survey comprises two parts: an employer questionnaire on company policies, practices, benefits, and demographics, and an employee evaluation of workplace experience and company culture.
