For the fourth consecutive year, Alston & Bird has been recognized by People magazine as a top U.S. company for supporting their employees and the communities where the firm has offices.
In People’s 2023 survey of the “Companies That Care,” Alston & Bird is recognized among “the top US companies that have succeeded in business while also demonstrating outstanding respect, care, and concern for their employees, their communities, and the environment.”
These rankings are based on 1.3 million employee survey responses and data from companies representing more than 7.5 million U.S. employees. When surveyed, 93% of the firm’s employees said Alston & Bird is a great place to work compared to the national average of 57%.
This honor is the latest in a series of awards recognizing Alston & Bird’s exceptional workplace culture, corporate culture, and workplace excellence. Other recent accolades earned by the firm include Fortune’s 2023 “100 Best Companies to Work For®” and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s 2023 “Top Workplaces.”
