Alston & Bird has once again earned a top rating of 100 percent on the Corporate Equality Index (CEI), an annual survey by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation that measures commitment to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) workplace equality, earning the designation as recipient of the “Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.”
The 2023 survey marks the 19th consecutive year that the firm has achieved a perfect CEI score.
Alston & Bird’s 100 percent rating recognizes the firm’s satisfaction of all 2023 CEI criteria for creating an inclusive workplace culture, including workforce protections for gender identity and sexual orientation, equivalency in employee benefits, demonstrated commitment to an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility, and responsible citizenship.
