Alston & Bird has been honored as one of Atlanta’s top five best employers by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
In this year’s “Top Workplaces in Atlanta,” the firm ranks No. 2 among the survey’s 24 large companies with 500 or more employees. This is the twelfth year that the firm has been recognized in the rankings and the tenth year it has placed among the survey’s top five companies.
The ranked companies were surveyed by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution in partnership with Energage, a human resources consulting company, which reached out to 322 companies and canvassed more than 98,438 employees, asking questions covering workplace culture, employee engagement, company leadership, compensation, and benefits.
The ranking is the latest in a series of awards recognizing Alston & Bird as a champion of corporate culture and workplace excellence. Other recent accolades earned by the firm include Fortune’s 2023 “100 Best Companies to Work For®” and The Washington Post’s 2023 “Top Workplaces.”
