Alston & Bird has once again earned a top rating of 100 percent in the Corporate Equality Index (CEI), an annual survey by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation that measures commitment to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality.
The 2020 survey marks the 16th consecutive year that the firm has achieved a perfect CEI score, earning the distinction as one of the best places to work for LGBTQ equality.
Alston & Bird’s score of 100 recognizes the firm’s efforts in satisfying all of CEI’s 2020 criteria, which evaluate LGBTQ-related policies and practices related to nondiscrimination workplace protections, domestic partner and transgender-inclusive health care benefits, demonstrated organizational competency and accountability around LGBTQ diversity and inclusion, and public commitment to LGBTQ equality.
The CEI rating is the most recent honor earned by Alston & Bird for its exceptional workplace culture. Other recent accolades include Fortune’s 2019 “100 Best Workplaces for Diversity,” “Best Workplaces for Women,” and “Best Workplaces for Millennials.”
