Alston & Bird has been honored by Fortune magazine as one of the top employers for millennials, the second time in three years the firm has earned this recognition.
In Fortune’s 2019 “Best Workplaces for Millennials,” Alston & Bird ranks No. 45 and is one of only four law firms highlighted in the survey for setting the standard for work-life practices in the United States.
The ranking is based on feedback from more than 4.5 million employees surveyed by Great Place to Work®, which evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job, including the trust they place in leadership, whether all people are treated with respect, the fairness of workplace decisions, and team camaraderie.
In addition to the Fortune ranking, Alston & Bird has received a number of other recent accolades highlighting the firm’s distinctive culture, including:
- Honored as one of Fortune’s 2019 “100 Best Companies to Work For®,” the 20th consecutive year that the firm has been singled out by the magazine for its exceptional workplace culture.
- Recognized by Forbes in its 2018 survey of “America’s Best Employers” for the second year in a row and one of only four law firms featured in the survey.
- Rated 100 percent in the Human Rights Campaign’s 2019 “Corporate Equality Index,” which measures commitment to LGBTQ workplace equality, the 15th consecutive year that the firm has earned a perfect score.
