Alston & Bird has again earned a top rating of 100 percent on the Corporate Equality Index (CEI), an annual survey by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation that measures commitment to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) workplace equality, earning the designation as recipient of the “Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.”
This year’s survey marks the 20th consecutive year that Alston & Bird has achieved a perfect CEI score.
Alston & Bird’s 100 percent rating recognizes the firm’s satisfaction of all CEI criteria for fostering an inclusive workplace culture, including workforce protections for gender identity and sexual orientation and equivalency in employee benefits.
The CEI rating is the most recent honor earned by Alston & Bird for its exceptional workplace culture. Other accolades include:
- Honored as one of Fortune’s 2024 “100 Best Companies to Work For®,” the 25th consecutive year that the firm has been singled out by the magazine as a national champion of corporate culture and workplace excellence.
- Recognized by People magazine in its 2024 survey of “Top Companies That Care” as a top U.S. company supporting their employees and their communities.
- Named among Fortune’s 2024 “Best Workplaces for Millennials” for offering consistently positive outcomes and opportunities for millennials.
Launched in 2002, the CEI has become a roadmap and benchmarking tool for U.S. businesses in the evolving field of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer equality in the workplace. For more information about the index, or to download a copy of the report, visit www.hrc.org/cei.
