Alison LeVasseur, partner in Alston & Bird’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group, has been named among Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “40 Under 40” Class of 2024.
Honored for her professional achievements, leadership, and community contributions, Alison focuses her practice on general corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions for private equity firms and other privately held businesses, as well as public companies.
Previously, Alison was named to Daily Report’s “On the Rise” Class of 2024, which honors the Southeast region’s most promising lawyers under the age of 40. She was also recognized among The Deal’s “Top Women in Dealmaking 2023.”
