Yuri Mikulka, partner in Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group, has been recognized once again as one of the most influential people in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
Yuri was named in the publication’s 2024 “LA500,” which highlights the most dynamic leaders in the Los Angeles business community. She has earned this distinction for six consecutive years.
With over 25 years of litigation experience, Yuri leads the firm’s Consumer Technology Patent Litigation Team and focuses her practice on patent and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, false advertisement, and complex business disputes.
Yuri serves on several leadership positions with American Bar Association including as Division Director of the ABA Section of Litigation and as special advisor of the American Bar Association’s commission on women in the profession. She is the co-founder of Carry As You Climb, a women’s leadership group for in-house lawyers and executives. She was also recognized among the world’s top intellectual property strategists by Intellectual Asset Management in the 2023 and 2024 edition of the “IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists.”
