Yuri Mikulka, partner in Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group, has been recognized once again as one of the most influential people in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
Mikulka was named in the publication’s 2022 “LA500,” which highlights the most dynamic leaders in the Los Angeles business community. She has earned this distinction for four consecutive years.
With over 25 years of litigation experience, Mikulka leads the firm’s Consumer Technology Patent Litigation Team and focuses her practice on patent and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and complex business disputes.
Mikulka was also honored earlier this year as a Global Leader in IP Strategy by Intellectual Asset Management and has served in numerous leadership roles as a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association. Mikulka currently serves as president of the Federal Bar Association’s LA Chapter.
