Alston & Bird has been recognized once again as a global leader in trademark law in the 2024 edition of the World Trademark Review 1000: The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals. The firm earned one state ranking and four individual lawyer rankings in this year’s report.
Alston & Bird’s practice in Georgia was ranked silver. As highlighted in the report: “stellar client service, seamless collaboration and swift problem solving are hallmarks of the offering at Alston & Bird. The outfit has all areas of trademark law on lock and is home to a tight-knit team who can tackle the most complex of problems.”
The ranked attorneys are:
- Jason Rosenberg, who earned a gold ranking. Co-leader of the Intellectual Property Litigation Group, he is described by the publication as “a litigation master who stands out for his elevated strategic thinking, versatility and poised advocacy. Recently, Rosenberg has been busy assisting Dunkin’ in a trademark infringement matter involving its advertising campaign to promote the launch of its plant-based breakfast sandwich.”
- David Stewart, who earned a gold ranking. The publication notes that he is “another litigation ace who has an excellent track record of success in federal trial and appellate courts.” Also noted is his work with Nadya Sand to manage the prosecution and enforcement of NASCAR’s worldwide portfolio.
- Nadya Sand, who earned a silver ranking. New leader of the firm’s Trademark & Copyright Team, the publication highlights that she “is a practical and commercially minded lawyer, who is great at spotting opportunities and mitigating risk to drive her patrons’ businesses forward.”
- Sam Gunn, who earned a bronze ranking. He is described in the publication as “extremely knowledgeable and draws on his in-house experience to provide business-focused solutions. He has recently teamed up with Rosenberg to assist Nutramax Laboratories in its anti-counterfeiting efforts across the world.”
All four of those recognized are based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
The World Trademark Review 1000 is an annual guide published by World Trademark Review honoring the top law firms and lawyers working on trademark prosecution and enforcement matters.
