David Stewart, Alston & Bird partner and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Trademark & Copyright Groups, has been recognized among the world’s top trademark attorneys in the 2021 edition of the World Trademark Review (WTR) Global Leaders.
Stewart was one of only six attorneys in private practice in Georgia named to the WTR Global Leaders, described by the publication as those who “merit special attention owing not only to their expertise and experience in creating, protecting, managing and enforcing essential brand rights, but also to their ability to innovate, inspire and go above and beyond to deliver for their clients.”
Stewart concentrates his practice on trademark, copyright, and advertising litigation and counseling. He also serves as counsel to numerous Fortune 100 companies in a variety of high-profile matters.
