With patent experience in more than 30 countries, Gegg counsels international companies in design, utility, validity, and infringement patent matters. Lightner focuses his practice on patent solicitation and counseling, IP-driven due diligence efforts, licensing agreements, confidentiality considerations, and patent brokerage agreements.
