Alston & Bird has been named one of the top places to work in Dallas by the Dallas Business Journal, marking the first time the firm has been featured in the publication’s annual survey of the “100 Best Places to Work in North Texas.”
Recognized for its exceptional corporate culture and workplace excellence, Alston & Bird debuted at No. 28 in the survey’s medium-size business category.
As highlighted in the survey, “the winners were honored for being places that value their employees like family, and companies that embrace their core culture and have learned a whole new way of doing business during a pandemic.”
“We have a strong, winning culture that is embedded in our firm’s DNA,” said Darren Hauck, partner-in-charge of Alston & Bird’s Dallas and Fort Worth offices. “Our culture sustains and reminds us that we are in this together as we confront the pandemic. The way everyone has stepped forward to support one another and our clients has been truly amazing and inspiring.”
The ranking is the latest in a series of awards recognizing Alston & Bird’s Dallas office. Additional accolades include the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program’s “Gold Award for Pro Bono Service,” earned by the Dallas office for three consecutive years, and Fortune’s “50 Best Companies to Work for in Texas.”
Now in its 18th year, the “100 Best Places to Work in North Texas” survey is conducted by the Dallas Business Journal in partnership with Quantum Workplace and is based on employee engagement.
