Paralegals & Staff Timekeepers
Alston & Bird’s paralegal and professional timekeeper program is made up of more than 120 employees with varied skills and backgrounds. Our lawyers and clients rely on the expertise of our Paralegals, Specialists, Practice Assistants and Case Assistants to provide the highest level of legal support.
The typical Alston & Bird paralegal has been with the firm for more than 18 years. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where our employees can continue to develop and succeed both personally and professionally through mentoring, continuing education and career advancement.
Our program is supported by a Paralegal Advisory Committee (PAC) that plans continuing education programs, organizes monthly/quarterly informational meetings and schedules paralegal get-togethers. The paralegals support the firm’s core values by actively organizing and participating in community service and pro bono initiatives.
Whether you are an entry level or experienced candidate, Alston & Bird seeks highly-motivated, career-oriented employees with a demonstrated record of achievement as well as recent college graduates seeking to learn about the law.
