Law School Recruiting

Each year, lawyers from all of our offices enthusiastically visit more than 40 law schools and job fairs to interview and recruit 2Ls for our summer associate program. While callback and offer decisions are made individually by office, our on-campus approach is firm-wide.

While it’s not possible to go on-campus to every law school, we make-up for it by requesting numerous resume collections each year and actively interview students using our state-of-the-art video conference technology. In fact, we have hired a number of summer associates through our resume collections and are pleased that this method is so effective in giving us broader access to highly talented law students throughout the country.
