Alston & Bird’s Wealth Planning & Exempt Organizations Group is seeking a talented and motivated 3L law student to join the Atlanta office as an entry-level associate in the fall of 2025. Our team provides sophisticated counsel to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private foundations, public charities, and other nonprofit organizations. The group’s work ranges from personal estate planning and wealth transfer strategies to philanthropic planning and ongoing tax advice for exempt entities. Demonstrated interest in or experience with estate planning, charitable organizations, and taxation is desired. Excellent academic credentials, as well as strong research, writing, and analytical skills, are required.
