Alston & Bird defended ASUS against claims that its computer products infringed three patents owned by Lenovo. In a victory for ASUS, the International Trade Commission on February 5 determined that all asserted claim in the three patents asserted by Lenovo were not infringed, invalid or both.

Alston & Bird represented the underwriters in Abacus Life’s public offering of its common stock, generating gross proceeds of approximately $100 million, including $80 million raised in the primary offering by the company and $20 million paid in connection with shares sold by certain stockholders of the company in a concurrent secondary offering.
