Reade Seligmann focuses his practice on complex business disputes and government investigations.

Reade represents clients in a wide array of industries, including insurance, finance, real estate, talent representation, biotechnology, and digital media. He has experience litigating a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including cases involving breach of contract, fraud, RICO, business torts, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and agency and fiduciary relationships. Reade has also litigated significant life and long-term care reinsurance arbitrations.

Reade was previously a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Joel Schneider (U.S.M.J.) (Ret.) in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Reade maintains an active pro bono practice and is co-counsel with the Georgia Innocence Project representing an incarcerated client in connection with his petition for a writ of habeas corpus.
