• Defending a large banking institution in its capacity as trustee against contractual and equitable claims from a major noteholder. (S.D.N.Y.).
• Represented the founders of an LLC in an international ownership and capital structure dispute in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Representing multiple individuals in a DOJ investigation of potential violations of U.S. sanctions.
• Represented a nationwide bank serving as the CDO trustee in a one-week trial to secure millions of dollars on behalf of noteholders of collateralized debt obligations. (S.D.N.Y.).
• Obtained a significant arbitral award from the American Arbitration Association for a leading national insurer in a multibillion-dollar long-term care reinsurance dispute.

Morgan Meyer focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes, financial services, and white collar matters. She has handled litigation for clients in financial services, private equity, and real estate development industries in federal and state courts. Morgan also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in domestic violence, child custody, and immigration cases.

Morgan earned her J.D. from New York University, and was a staff editor for the Journal of Law and Social Change. She received her B.A. from the University of Michigan.
