Bill co-chairs the firm’s 400-lawyer global litigation area as well as the Health Care Industry Team. He represents all participants in the health care industry—managed care companies, hospitals and health systems, pharmaceutical and life science companies, health IT and telehealth companies, long-term and post-acute care providers, labs, and ancillary service providers—in state, federal, and congressional investigations; litigation, arbitrations, and class actions; and compliance matters. Bill has represented companies or individuals in litigation and investigations in every judicial circuit and over 30 states. For five years, Bill served as an independent compliance monitor for a large multinational pharmaceutical company as part of its corporate integrity agreement with the HHS-OIG.
