Carson Kuck focuses his practice on handling commercial litigation matters. He has experience advising clients on employment disputes, privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity matters. Before joining the firm, Carson was an extern to the Hon. Leigh Martin May for the Northern District of Georgia. He also served as a federal intern with the Office of Government Relations at the University of Georgia, advocating for the university’s institutional priorities on Capitol Hill.
During law school, Carson worked with Atlanta Legal Aid on a variety of pro bono projects, allowing him to graduate with high pro bono distinction. Additionally, Carson interned with the HeLP Legal Services Clinic which partnered with the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta on cases including housing, supplemental security income, and other social benefits. Carson received his J.D., cum laude, from the Georgia State University College of Law. While there, he was the president of the Student Bar Association, a member of the moot court and mock trial team, and a pupil in the Bleckley Inn of Court. Carson received his B.A., cum laude, in political science from the University of Georgia.
