• Representing a major health care company and pharmacy benefit manager in complex multidistrict litigation and related cases targeting the pricing of diabetes drugs.
• Defeated class certification on behalf of a major pharmacy benefit manager in a complex putative class action targeting the pricing of epinephrine products.
• Representing a major health care company and pharmacy benefit manager and a mail-order pharmacy in nationwide litigation related to drug pricing and drug distribution.
• Representing a major health care company in ongoing litigation related to the application of the federal No Surprises Act.
• Representing a major health care company in ongoing False Claims Act litigation.
• Representing an interstate pipeline company in civil litigation and administrative proceedings across the multi-state project footprint. Successfully defended the constitutionality of North Dakota’s pre-condemnation survey access statute from a Takings Clause challenge in the North Dakota Supreme Court.
• Defeated a preliminary injunction in a dispute between a major health insurance company and health care provider.
• Representing an international bank in litigation related to Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions.

Kyle Hair focuses his practice on complex civil litigation and representing individual and corporate clients in government investigations, internal investigations, and white-collar criminal cases. Kyle has represented major health care companies in multiple complex multidistrict litigations and putative class actions. He has also defended individual and corporate clients in criminal and civil proceedings related to federal antitrust and anti-corruption laws, advised on FDA enforcement matters, and litigated False Claims Act cases.

Before joining Alston & Bird, Kyle worked as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. Kyle earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served on the South Carolina Law Review and was honored as a member of the Order of the Coif and Order of the Wig and Robe. Before law school, Kyle completed his undergraduate degree in physics with a minor in math at the University of South Carolina.
