Timothy L. Cordova is an associate in the Health Care Group. Tim focuses his practice on health care legislative and regulatory compliance matters.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Tim served as a law clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge William I. Arbuckle of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He previously interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania where he assisted prosecutors in identifying health care fraud. During law school, Tim also worked for Independence Blue Cross, Temple University Health System, and the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division. Before law school, Tim was a research associate at The Pew Charitable Trusts where he conducted policy research on a variety of issues, with a research focus on substance use prevention and treatment.
He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and his B.A., with high honors, in government and politics from the University of Maryland.
