Brian Boone focuses his practice on defending Fortune 500 and other companies in complex litigation. He has represented clients before federal and state trial and appellate courts and arbitration panels in cases involving constitutional law, health care, antitrust, RICO, ERISA, and state consumer-fraud laws. He also co-leads the firm’s appellate practice.
