Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Honors Jason Outlaw as a 2025 Fellow, Debolina Das and Dorian Simmons as 2025 Pathfinders

Alston & Bird is pleased to announce that Jason Outlaw, partner in the firm’s Securities Litigation Group, has been named a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow for 2025. The LCLD has also selected Debolina Das, senior associate in the firm’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group, and Dorian Simmons, senior associate on the firm’s Privacy, Cyber & Data Strategy Team, as members of the 2025 class of Pathfinders.

The LCLD Fellows program offers professional and personal development opportunities and leadership training and relationship-building resources to high-potential, mid-career attorneys at LCLD member organizations.

The Pathfinder Program trains high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical professional development strategies. It includes intensive training, experiential learning, and opportunities to network with peers and esteemed LCLD Fellows in small group gatherings.

Jason, based in the firm’s Atlanta office, focuses his practice primarily on securities fraud actions, shareholder derivative suits, regulatory enforcement matters, corporate investigations, and other complex commercial litigation.

Based in the firm’s New York office, Debolina focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial litigation, particularly in the healthcare industry.  She also frequently represents corporate and individual clients in internal investigations, criminal and civil investigations by the Department of Justice, and enforcement actions by other federal and state agencies.

Based in the firm’s Atlanta office, Dorian focuses his practice on matters involving data strategy, artificial intelligence (AI), and technology transactions. He advises clients on a variety of data privacy and security issues, including those related to U.S. state privacy and consumer protection laws, and counsels clients on technology transactions, including the provision and procurement of AI.

The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable legal profession. Alston & Bird has been a member of the LCLD since the organization’s founding in 2009.
