Partners Keith Broyles and Ted Stevenson of Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Group have been honored as 2025 Global Leaders by Intellectual Asset Management in recognition of their prowess and agility in handling clients’ patent-rights matters.
Keith handles all areas of intellectual property litigation and counseling, focusing his practice on patent litigation, enforcement, and appellate work. He has litigated and tried patent cases in federal district courts across the United States, as well as before the International Trade Commission and the International Chamber of Commerce.
Ted is a seasoned trial lawyer who is one of the foremost experts in FRAND and standard essential patent licensing disputes. He has handled dozens of the biggest FRAND disputes in telecommunications for the world’s largest patent holders and has first-chaired over a dozen contested FRAND trials in federal courts and in arbitrations. Ted also has decades of experience coordinating worldwide patent assertions for multinational patent holders.
