Alston & Bird Advises Student Quarters on Closing Inaugural Commingled Private Investment Fund

Alston & Bird advised Student Quarters, an owner and operator of purpose-built, campus-adjacent Class A student housing properties in major university markets across the United States, on the successful closing of its inaugural commingled private investment fund. The total capital commitments to the fund were $127 million, including seed capital from prominent institutional investors, and were used to acquire a portfolio of seed assets in the southeastern U.S.
