As ransomware actors mature their tactics, Alston & Bird’s Privacy, Cyber & Data Strategy Team has created a Ransomware Fusion Center to help organizations enhance their ransomware readiness and response protocols.
Led by partner Kim Peretti, the Center recognizes there is no “one-size-fits-all” to ransomware readiness and response by providing a variety of resources to assist organizations in enhancing ransomware maturity and maintaining business resilience during ransomware attacks of all sizes – from sophisticated cyber-attacks by organized criminal groups, to minor ransomware incidents impacting a single system containing personal information. The Center provides clients with recommended practices to help prepare relevant stakeholders for a ransomware attack and navigate the various legal, technical, and operational issues in the event of an attack.
