Alston & Bird has again been recognized as one of the country’s best places to work for parents.
In Great Place to Work®’s 2021 survey of America’s “Best Workplaces for Parents,” Alston & Bird ranks No. 32 among the survey’s 100 top companies recognized for creating consistently positive experiences for retaining and sustaining working parents.
This is Alston & Bird’s fourth appearance in the survey, having first made the list in 2016.
Conducted in partnership with Maven, the survey canvassed Alston & Bird parents across a number of areas – including values, leadership, trust, and camaraderie – with 92 percent saying the firm is a great place to work. The ranking accounted for the experiences of parents across job levels, tenure, and demographics.
The recognition is the latest in a series of awards honoring Alston & Bird’s special workplace culture. Other recent firm accolades include being named among Fortune’s 2021 “100 Best Companies to Work For®” and People Magazine’s 2021 “100 Companies That Care,” in addition to earning a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2021 “Corporate Equality Index.”
