Alston & Bird has been honored by Fortune magazine as one of the top employers for millennials, the third time in five years the firm has earned this recognition.
In Fortune’s 2021 “Best Workplaces for Millennials,” Alston & Bird ranks No. 2 among law firms and No. 51 overall out of survey’s 100 top-ranked companies, with 96 percent of Alston & Bird employees saying the firm is a great place to work for millennials.
Conducted in partnership with Great Place to Work®, the survey canvassed Alston & Bird employees and workers at other U.S. companies for their feedback about what makes their organizations a top place to work. Areas surveyed include leadership, trust, camaraderie, and other key drivers of workplace excellence.
In addition to the Fortune ranking, Alston & Bird has received a number of other recent accolades highlighting the firm’s distinctive culture, including:
- Honored as one of Fortune’s 2021 “100 Best Companies to Work For®,” the 22nd consecutive year that the firm has been singled out by the magazine as a champion of workplace excellence.
- Recognized by People magazine in its 2020 survey of “50 Companies That Care” for being one of the nation’s top companies that stepped up as leaders amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Rated 100 percent in the Human Rights Campaign’s 2021 “Corporate Equality Index,” which measures commitment to LGBTQ workplace equality, the 17th consecutive year that the firm has earned a perfect score.
