For the third consecutive year, Alston & Bird has been recognized by Patexia Inc. as a market leader representing both petitioners and patent owners in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings.
In its 2020 IPR Intelligence Report identifying the top 100 IPR law firms, Patexia ranks Alston & Bird among the top 25 most-active firms overall and top 50 best-performing firms overall.
The report covers the activity and performance of more than 915 law firms across 7,708 IPR petitions between July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2020.
Among the report’s other highlights, Alston & Bird also ranks among the:
