Kim Peretti, partner and co-leader of Alston & Bird’s Cybersecurity Preparedness & Response and National Security & Digital Crimes teams, has been named a 2018 “Top Lawyer” for cybersecurity by Washingtonian magazine, the second year in a row she has earned this distinction.
Peretti has nearly 20 years of experience as an information security professional and lawyer in a career that has included positions as director of PwC’s cyber forensic services group and senior litigator in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section.
A frequent speaker and writer on cybersecurity, Peretti most recently spoke on “Hot Topics in Cyber-Law 2019” at the 2019 RSA Conference.
