Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for an Investment Funds Associate with 4+ years of Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act experience. This position may be resident in the New York or Washington, DC offices. Experience supporting closed-end funds (e.g., tender offer funds, interval funds, and/or business development companies) is a must; experience supporting open-end funds and/or ETFs is a plus.
