Office location is flexible and candidates will be considered in Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, DC. A technical background is strongly preferred and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in intellectual property litigation.
