Alston & Bird’s Corporate Debt Team in Atlanta has an immediate opening for a Corporate Debt Finance Associate with 1 to 2 years’ experience in secured transactions representing both borrowers and lenders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of or interest in syndicated financing and acquisition financing transactions. Experience in closing transactions and drafting relevant documents is required.
