Jeff Bingham is a partner with Alston & Bird's Finance Group. He structures and negotiates secured and unsecured financings for a wide spectrum of private credit and bank lenders, corporate borrowers, and equity sponsors in a variety of lending transactions, including cash flow and asset-backed financings, acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and other financings. His experience extends to a broad range of industries, including consumer finance, technology, health care, dental and similarly franchised business models, and retail and consumer products.
Jeff is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for his work in Banking and Finance Law. Jeff received his J.D., cum laude, from William & Mary, where he served as the notes editor for the William & Mary Business Law Review. He earned a B.A. in political science with a concentration in international trade and a minor in finance from Brigham Young University in 2010. Jeff passed Level 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program in 2016.
