Ashley Zimmerman is an associate in the Investment Funds Group and a member of the REITs & Real Estate Funds Team. She represents REITs and other alternative investment products in matters related to their formation, public securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, ongoing securities law compliance, and corporate governance.
Before joining the firm, Ashley served as a legal intern for the Hon. Timothy Batten of the Northern District of Georgia. During law school, she was the lead articles editor for the Washington & Lee Law Review.
