Matthew Wrysinski is co-chair of Alston & Bird’s Finance Group. His primary emphasis is on the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as commercial banks, finance companies and other commercial lenders in various types of secured and unsecured financings (including revolving credit and term credit facilities, senior, subordinate, second lien, mezzanine and other working capital facilities).
The transactions in which he has participated include asset-based credit facilities, acquisition financings, debtor in possession financings, debt restructurings and workouts in single and multiple-borrower, single lender, agented and participated syndication arrangements involving a variety of commercial enterprises. These have included companies performing traditional manufacturing and distribution roles, as well as those in a wide variety of specialty industries. Matthew also focuses on representations in bankruptcies and other insolvency proceedings.
