Bryan Womack is an associate in the Federal & International Tax Group. His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, cross-border commercial transactions, renewable energy tax credits, and tax controversy.
Bryan earned his J.D. from Harvard University, where he was co-chair of Harvard BLSA Sponsorship & Professional Development Committee. While in law school, Bryan volunteered with Harvard’s Legal Services Center where he represented low-income taxpayers in controversies with the IRS. He earned his B.S. in accounting from Alabama State University, summa cum laude, where he served as a Golden Ambassador, president of the W.E.B. Dubois Honors Program, and captain of the Honda Campus All-Star Challenge Team.
