Jonathan Wieder is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Before joining the firm, Jonathan was an associate at an international firm, working on complex commercial and cross-border litigation and international arbitration matters.
While earning his J.D., Jonathan was an extern at the United States Attorney’s Office – Civil Division in the Eastern District of New York, and represented New York City public school students at administrative suspension hearings. He was also a member of the competition team on the NYU Moot Court Board and served as a volunteer mediator.
Jonathan maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration and education related matters.
