Amanda Waide focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. She has experience at all stages of high-exposure complex disputes, including first chair trial experience, and has represented clients in a variety of industries, including technology, telecommunications, construction, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing. In addition to representing clients in federal and state courts across the country, Amanda has significant experience handling a broad range of international commercial arbitrations before various arbitration tribunals, including the ICC, the LCIA, ICSID, and the AAA ICDR.
Amanda joined Alston & Bird after serving as a law clerk to the Hon. J. Randal Hall of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
