• Won a motion to dismiss a shareholder derivative complaint in the wake of FTC suits and investigations against the client and its corporate officers.
• Won a motion to quash in California for a health care company and pharmacy benefit manager facing claims involving manufacturer rebates and prescription drug prices.
• Won multiple discovery disputes in multi-district litigation by meticulously tracking and analyzing hundreds of offensive and defensive discovery requests and responses across various litigation tracks, consolidating analysis into memorandums addressing any insufficiencies.
• Drafted defensive deposition outlines for a client's former employees directly named and implicated in the allegations of the multi-district complaint. 
• Represented an Afghan refugee and their family in seeking asylum in the United States during the evacuation of the U.S. military in 2021.
• Advised and counseled multiple families in their guardianship petitions through USC’s Child Law and Guardianship Clinic.
• Handled production for five architectural firms that were subpoenaed by the Department of Justice and negotiated with the assistant U.S. attorney.

Noah Texter focuses his practice on handling complex commercial litigation in state and federal court. He plays a critical role on multiple securities litigation cases, analyzing dense and complex shareholder class action and derivative complaints, public statements and SEC filings at issue in 10b, and 10b-5 fraud claims, as well as demand evaluation committee reports responding to FTC investigations. Noah’s dedication to thorough research and his contributions to the drafting of motions to dismiss, hearing outlines, and other important filings have led to the dismissal of significant allegations against corporate clients.

Noah has also done extensive work for one of the largest multi-district litigations in the country, drafting briefs for federal and state courts, while managing discovery disputes and deadlines across multiple litigation tracks.

Before joining the firm, Noah served as a law clerk, gaining extensive experience researching and applying the Apex Deposition Doctrine, dealing with entirely new and undeveloped areas of law and contract interpretation to become adept at navigating broker liability in the procurement of business interruption insurance during COVID—19, and drafting choice of law motions in multistate class actions to significantly reduce the scope of alleged liability.

Noah maintains an active pro bono practice, doing work on behalf of tenants in landlord-tenant disputes and related litigation with the Inner-City Law Center.
